I'm here,
So once we get 15 or so players we will then pay our share of the entry fee to Prescion Paintball who in turn will pay the entry fee (I assume)? Transportation and lodging up to each person? The easiest way for that is once the roster is set people can coordinate with each other, last year my team got two rooms at the Best Western in Old Town and brought air mattreses.

Pods?
Jerseys? wear our own or go getto, each guy buys a long sleeve black T-shirt, sombody makes up a stencil and when we get to Orlando we have a spray paint party

bonee02 - this is why we wanted to setup a seperate forum so in case you miss the AIM you can still get it here although we need max participation.
bombsqd318 - that's some of the stuff we need to decide on Wednesday, like cost of entry per person, who is getting our entry money to pay the PSP entry, etc. etc.
I'm thinking that we'll, need one person to work on entry, another person to work on paint, one person to work on lodging and transportation. Maybe someone can get a discount on a rental?
I think Brandon has at least 15 names for the roster so we can figure out the lines Wednesday.
My vote on jerseys is ghetto and have a spray paint party.
We're also going to need address info and a contact number for everyone on the roster. We can get this later though.

got a few more people interested. they all need to check and see if they can get off work or not, and will let me know in a day or 2.
2 of them play for Chop Shop, 1 plays for Detroit Hyperactive, and a few others have showed interest to me also.
1 id that is 90% sure (depends on grades at college), 11869-1895 please add to roster.

ok, so we are def getting the paint deal according to some guy on the pbnation forum... tim-good idea im down w/ goin ghetto for the jerseys, thats cool w/ me, or we could talk to a company and see if they would like to hook us up... i could be online tonight

As far as entry fee, I think we should make that our first prority. Remember the entry fee goes up $100 every few weeks
Sept 25th: $2350
October 9th: $2450
October 16th: $2550
Granted, its not very much when you spread the increase out among 15 or so people but why pay anymore then we have to
